Pros
Great office culture, regular events organised, fantastic team of immediate colleagues. no overtime culture, good working hours.
Cons
No respect given in workplace, inflexible working practices with senior management often unwilling to listen even to middle management on taking more efficient processes on board. Management will often change bonus schemes during a bonus period, including one case where I lost several hundred due to a retroactive change that wasn't communicated until me and my team all noticed we weren't paid the bonus promised (the reason I left, ultimately) There's a number of other small culture things, but I think the main thing to note is the gigantic staff turnover. Maybe the culture has changed by now (left within the last month) but definitely ask about this before considering a role with the company.
