      Ownership and upper-management have created a culture where they put both their internal employees and temp workers first in everything from safety to work environment to benefits.

      Cons

      Family-like, intimate, small business culture may turn some people off looking for a large, corporate feel.

      Pros

      Quick placement, no drug testing, easy paperwork, fast payment. Overall this company runs smoothly and pays on time, but good luck keeping a job with them for long.

      Cons

      If the company you were placed in decides they don't need you anymore, there is no more contact with MAC Incorporated at all. No sorry it didn't work out or we'll place you somewhere else. Don't rely on these guys to help you out if they can't make money off you.
