This is the perfect place to work if you seriously don't care about your own well-being and future, but want some mindless disposable job at minimum wage. Not many pros here.. Free entertainment about once a week when the owner yell at everyone like a maniac. Jelly of the month club membership for Christmas.

While it can be nice to have a disposable job, it is not pleasant to be threatened all the time with firings. This place makes it all to obvious you have no job security. They will change your hours, pay, and compensation with no approval or warning. The company culture is vile and detestable, but the worst thing is the way the owner talks to the staff. Absolutely no respect for the employees.

Hopefully will go out of business soon.

I am not one to write reviews online, yet I feel it is my civic duty to warn others from working at Mac Financial Recovery. I don't know who gets abused more here, the consumers or the employees, but it is blatantly clear, there is little concern for the rules of law pertaining to debt collection laws and employee rights.
