Pros
Decent Pay after the first 3 months, the work was simple, and time went by pretty fast whilst doing it.
Cons
Hostile Working Environment, for the location that I worked at, a good portion of the warehouse would actively badmouth and harass employees. I had to go to my direct boss several times to deal with various individuals, from other employees I was supposed to directly work with to an Interim Assistant store manager who only ever got fired because they got caught smoking weed whilst operating a forklift.
Eventually left when nothing was done about active slander and libel being spread about me, which never actually reached upper management because the team leads I reported it to actively covered it up to protect said harassers.
