Pros
This is a small company (it was 5 employees when I worked there), run by the founder, Anjani Jha. You got tons of hands on experience with a variety of equipment and instrumentation.
Cons
Anjani is a manipulative person. He threatened my boss's visa status regularly and generally made people's life at the company exhausting. He also gave 'talks' under the guise of trying to cheer us on, that were generally just telling us not to screw up again. He only appreciated results, even when experts he brought in to get those results told him they had no idea how to make what he wanted work, especially in terms of the timelines Anjani wanted. On top of which, after promising a 3 month 'probation' period (after which, according to him, you would move to salary), he would regularly renew employees' probationary periods so as not to have to move them to salary, eventually terminating them when they had fulfilled their usefulness. Basically, avoid working here at all costs.
