Pros
-pay is competitive -bonus opportunities -stable -If you put in the work the company will invest in your growth. -properties are overall nice -rental discount -opportunities are out there with this company. You just have to be willing to perfect your current role and put your interests out there. -pretty much if you do your job well it will be recognized.
Cons
-Who is on your team definitely impacts how much you will enjoy your job. I’ve worked at 4 MAA properties and only had 1 employee that was really hard to work with and made a toxic environment. It’s EXTREMELY hard to be fired it seems. -residents can be hard to deal with, but comes with the territory. -sometimes upper management take a while to respond. - some properties are dated and need renovations.
