They hire with no experience. They provide extensive training.
Cons
There pay is not competitive. The company made record profits during Covid and their pay only increased slightly. Other companies with pay better commissions for leases and hourly. They do not appreciate employees. There is a lack of diversity in upper management. While staff on property might include a majority of minorities. As so you go up the corporate latter diversity is scarce.
