      A lot of opportunity to rise in the company quickly. Opportunity to work in many different aspects of the business. Flexible hours and vacation schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of structure and leadership. Never any evaluation of performance, and lack of strong client relationships leads to very little longevity in projects.

      Nice office space. Vibrant team.

      Cons

      Challenging and unprofessional boss. He behaved irresponsibly and made colleagues uncomfortable with inappropriate language and behavior. I was scared and left because of it. I should have known better given the company name - MA3 stands for ménage a trois! It’s actually on the website! This sort or innuendo is not funny in modern workplace and has no place in a proper business.
