      Get to be hands on with the whole design-build process.

      Cons

      No benefits, very low pay (no where near industry standard), no way to advance within the company. You never know where you stand within the company.

      You will get your hands dirty but you will learn everything you want to know.

      Cons

      Very low salary for juggling multiple projects at the same time. Not a place to make a career.
