I had a disappointing experience with M7 Services. Management displayed unprofessional behavior and consistently refused to honor time and material agreements. The company shows little accountability when errors occur and often provides misleading information about scope-of-work (SOW) details.
Customer satisfaction also seems to suffer due to poor communication and a lack of empathy toward both employees and clients. Overall, I would not recommend working with or contracting M7 Services until major improvements are made in transparency, accountability, and client care.
