      They give people with little experiences a chance, but will terminate them just as fast

      Cons

      Everything the management is horrible they bully all employees into submission, and if you do not fall into line they will let you go before you even knew there was an issue

      I had a disappointing experience with M7 Services. Management displayed unprofessional behavior and consistently refused to honor time and material agreements. The company shows little accountability when errors occur and often provides misleading information about scope-of-work (SOW) details. Customer satisfaction also seems to suffer due to poor communication and a lack of empathy toward both employees and clients. Overall, I would not recommend working with or contracting M7 Services until major improvements are made in transparency, accountability, and client care.
