Pros

Good place to start your career if you have zero experience or need to switch careers. Bill the helpdesk manager is awesome. The man has an ungodly amount of patience. Company provides food, sodas and snacks to the employees. The CEO son in law is hardworking and extremely humble and helpful. Which usually the son in law is horrible as a coworker.

Cons

Tier 2 people are lazy. They spend more time horseplaying and watching non work videos and gaming sites. Tier 3 folks are awesome.

Cons

I had a disappointing experience with M7 Services. Management displayed unprofessional behavior and consistently refused to honor time and material agreements. The company shows little accountability when errors occur and often provides misleading information about scope-of-work (SOW) details. Customer satisfaction also seems to suffer due to poor communication and a lack of empathy toward both employees and clients. Overall, I would not recommend working with or contracting M7 Services until major improvements are made in transparency, accountability, and client care.
