Very diligent responses - Controls and Instrumentation Designer M4 Workforce Solutions Employee Review

I'm an Electrician and was placed through M4. They were very helpful in placing me in the 'right' job. The guy that works there was very helpful in getting me set up with new hire paperwork. It's nice to be treated like a person and not a number.

None that I can think of.

The recruiter was quick to reply and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to work with and communicated to me through each step of the interviews and hiring process. I also found it easy to communicate honestly with the recruiter I was working with. She is professional and transparent and that makes it easy to find and retain a great match for a position.

This has been my first and only experience with M4 Work solutions and I have not found there to be a "con" in working with this recruiting agency.
