Pros
I'm enjoying my opportunity to work for an industry leading firm who specializes in helping clients launch new investment products and grow assets. Senior Management strives to maintain a casual anti-corporate pro-entrepreneurial environment They have an open communication policy and often include employees in decisions that effect the vitality of the firm. Employees are treated like family and their careers grow along with the success of the firm. The firm pays for parking, gym, laptops, tablets, etc. They have high expectations from each employee but do not micro-manage.
Cons
It is a very casual work environment but the expectations are high. If you aren't a self starter who can take initiative and problem solve then this is not the job for you. They are very selective in their hiring process.
