Hostile Environment - Anonymous employee M3COM (VA) Employee Review

Too much nepotism! The wife of the CEO runs HR and Operations. She creates a hostile environment, extremely rude and unprofessional. She is destroying the reputation of the company day by day. Every single employee is unhappy there. No flexibility whatsoever!!! You will be in the office M-F 8-5, not eligible to use PTO within your first 90days (even if that's an emergency or something that has been planned), and very poor benefits compared to the rest of the market. The turnover rate is through the roof! Don't waste your time, the job market has a lot to offer, do not ruin your life by joining M3COM.
