Pros
Not many pros here, you can perhaps negotiate a healthy base salary but trust me, you will need it. If I were to identify one pro it would be that the Marketing Team is strong and there to help. With that said, they are stretched thin and still are in the infancy stages of building a identity of the company.
Cons
Where do i begin, well for starters if you are seeking flexibility this is not the job for you. You are required to report to the office M-F from 8am-5pm daily and there is no WFH option so if you have children that require being picked up from school or daycare you better make arrangements in advance. In addition if you are seeking a positive work environment you should seek elsewhere. This is a high turnover environment and most reps figure out why upon onboarding.
