      Decent money, direct manager felt like they listened

      Terrible middle management, don't listen to employees. Absolutely no training given but then moaned when mistakes were made.

      Respectful to the staff, some opportunity for overtime, lenient to mistakes, anniversary, leave and birthday celebrations.

      Not flexible regarding the working time, not much a chance to get overtime.

      Great coworkers that are willing and able to train you up.

      Cons

      The wages are very low for what they expect of you. Micromanagement and incompetent management from leadership. Limited and poor forklifts. High turn over of employees
