      Pros

      There is a set of committed, long-term employees who are willing to do whatever it takes to get the momentum going. There are great customers, vendors, and partners that are behind the company and dedicated to the vision and product. There is a very ethical, patient set of investors that believe in the company's ability to start moving forward.

      It has taken longer than expected to get the company to be a household name or provide the returns expected initially.
