Pros
I have had other jobs where I worked really hard, but didn't feel like I had a real impact and no forward momentum. I've been able to use my skills to really make a difference at M2 Strategy, and I have been able to further advance my career. When I've wanted to take on different responsibilities, I've been able to do pursue these ideas with help from my director and leadership. Throughout my entire time here, even in the first few months, I've had opportunities to advance myself and learn about my potential. Leadership listens to new ideas and is interested in learning from its employees. I feel genuinely supported, as both an individual and an employee, by my direct manager and the entire M2 Strategy Leadership team. Lastly, the team that I work with are some of the hardest working, motivating, and warm people that make coming to work even more enjoyable.
Cons
The company is growing at a great pace, which is exciting, but also presents some challenges occasionally with having enough space to work from the corporate office. The great news is that they are pretty flexible with work location, and you can work with your manager to best mitigate this.
