Fairly straight forward sales and customer service position, not to difficult once you get trained and adapted to it.
Cons
Compensation and commission low for retail sector and changes often make it more difficult to obtain. Management is weak on communication, you get the feeling they cut corners often. No vaca pay. despite obvious recessions they expect higher sales goals each month,
