      Company provided good opportunity, times and space for staff to explore and learn new tech.

      Cons

      Some system are very old and lack of documentation for new staff to pick up, and non of the exiting staff could tell you the full picture.

      Pros

      This company used to have a great culture that was people centric and decentralised in decision making and very focused on growing the organisation through growing and developing the staff. It used to have a great performance culture.

      Cons

      Current management is not keen on the people, poor communication, pay and benefits not competitive. Decision making not inclusive and not communicated well. Growth opportunities are very few.
