I had the pleasure of working at M Powered Strategies, and it was a genuinely rewarding experience. The company has a strong culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth. From day one, I felt supported and encouraged to expand my skills and take on new challenges. Kendall Lott and Andrew Macdonald were exceptional leaders, both highly professional and approachable. They took the time to mentor me and share their deep knowledge of organizational strategy and project management. Their guidance helped me develop a stronger understanding of consulting and leadership in the public sector.
