Medical cover is good. Good lunch also. Great facilities with up to date equipment.

This is a very toxic working environment. You are over worked with low pay. Lack of proper planning by management. Lots of micromanagement by managers. Huge payroll disparity in reporting lines. Constant unnecessary pressure from management, poor displinary processes and lack of motivation. A lot of politics at the top senior management. Kindly stay away from this institution. Burnout is not worth it.
