      You get to work at home.

      Cons

      Unrealistic QA goals and LPH. ASR spits out more crap than it gets correct. Nitpicked to death when it comes to quality. Too many commas. Too many blanks. The list goes on and on. If you are even considering working for this company--don't!! Not worth the aggravation versus the time you spend on trying to produce a quality report. RUN AWAY!!

      Pros

      The community is excellent and management is reasonable. People collaborate well, and it is a good place to learn new skills and develop new ideas. The disability accommodations are unparalleled.

      Cons

      Pay. The yearly raises do not keep up with inflation. Each year more work is met with less compensation.
