Not recommended - Sales Representative M Installations Employee Review

Leads are not filtered correctly by management which causes angry and concerned customers that think we were scammers calling them even after telling them I’m confirming a direct tv appointment that turns out 7/10 of the “customers” never even had an appointment to begin with. Misleading information to employees and customers. Rude administration when seeking help/coaching. No contact information for the main owner of company. Full names of management were not giving on contact info for employees which is concerning.
