Pros
Wonderful company, with many talented and hard-working people on-board. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are absolutely and undoubtedly top notch (best in the IT industry) and compensation is outstanding. Product is the best in the document / content management class and utilizes the latest technologies. Over time I've found I cannot live without this software for my personal use outside of work...a testament unto its own. The work is very satisfying and more than just plentiful - you'll never be bored or have a lack of tasks or new things to learn. Looking for stretch goals in your career? This is a prime environment for just that! Awesome and charismatic management team - very friendly, personable and always there to support - as long as you're honest and up-front with them from the very beginning. Very good work/life balance, with management fully understanding that even the finest car must have some downtime for "maintenance" (if you understand that analogy).
Cons
Software is excellent, but like any new product it has some issues resulting from explosive growth (hard to keep up with demand, so-to-speak). It's all growing pains resulting from explosive market demand, and this too is getting better over time as the product evolves. Sales personnel tend to over-market / over-sell the product's intrinsic capabilities (possible misunderstandings), thus often setting customer expectations a bit higher than realistic. That too is getting better as the business aligns internally and the product continues to evolve.
