You can easily get a job if you speak English. So pro is that you won't be jobless cause they always search for new agents.
Cons
- legal minimum salary in Croatia, meaning 4250 kn. Actually, your salary is well over 5500kn but the agency takes a cut. If you want more that bare minimum you need to work overtime and all agents do that so it's first come first served when you need to snatch some extra hours to fill up the salary. - shifts. There are no free weekends or holidays, you get a monthly schedule around the 25th for the next month. Work-time is 7am - 1am and all shifts are spaced to cover it. - brainwashing people and utterly using them as cheap labor for big foreign clients who don't want to pay proper wages in their respective countries so they use cheap foreign labor (you work in the same team with Filippinos and Bosnians). - no matter what happens, customer is always right and you need to apologise, apologise, apologise. Always apologise cause you are always wrong, even if it's more than obvious that you're not: company policy is apologise for everything. It basically makes you feel so little and stupid and just a number, not a person.
