The bosses have no respect for employees, saying very mean things without thinking twice. If you are a design student, think twice into applying because you will get coached by people who didn't even study design or have any knowledge in it. You will be copying pinterest works and getting freepik vectors. Creativity? they have very corporate design expectations, you will feel like everything is restricted. Nothing will actually help your portfolio works because as I said, they are too corporate. They propose that they will treat employees like family, but only if I knew, it was a big red flag. I have never felt so disrespected whilst working, the company says they are a branding company but doesn't respect designers nor give any supportive directions. Unresponsible and indecisive direction. They occasionally treat employees with lunch but even that treatment feels uncomfortable because they are not changing how they treat employees.

You get to be hands on with the project as there is no art director.
