--A great place to grow. There are always opportunities to take on more work, different accounts, work across practice groups, etc. --People first culture. Creative and inspiring employees. CEO personally checked in on employees throughout the pandemic, agency was quick to move to WFH and help employees get materials/tech needed to have a home office set up --Transparent - leadership team keeps the entire agency updated frequently --Name brand accounts and long standing clients are another proof point that M Booth has some of the smartest people in the industry --Cold brew on tap. Need I say more?!
Cons
--Work can be very demanding at times, so you have to want that environment, but it also helps enable strong professional/career growth
