The support from the management here is fantastic. Every morning there are reviews of previous successes and an opportunity to learn. No matter where you work, a "Student" mentality is required to continue your success. If you come in thinking you "know it all" you won't succeed in any sales position. This is an environment that changes quickly, so they help keep you ahead of the curve. I was offered both a salary based position with a lower commission and a straight commission rate that offered considerable better income potential. I chose the straight commission and I'm glad that i did because i am earning an income that matches my skills. They offer great incentives to recognize your work effort. Your earnings reflect your effort. I've seen people come in and make 5 minutes worth of calls during an expect to earn a full time wage. The atmosphere is outstanding. Everyone here supports everyone in the office.
