Pros

Lyvly have some good creative people working for their company. Sadly their talents are wasted working for sexist, greedy people.

Cons

Where do I begin; a children's playground, with very little pay and the politics of an investment bank, which is not surprising if you look at the management's background. Sexist comments flying around, ZERO control of people's behaviour, back-stabbing mentality, and they will basically use you and dump you.

Pros

Provides lots of challenges to develop quickly as a young person in business. Gives a huge amount of autonomy to its employees to really manage problems and put value back in to the company. Really strong group of fun and intelligent colleagues who I really enjoy coming to work with on a daily basis. Huge amount of flexibility and compassion when it comes to a work/life balance which is managed well by leaders in the company.

Cons

Due to moving at pace, can sometimes feel overwhelming, however this is a huge factor of working in a start-up environment.
