* The company seems to being hiring more senior management and is currently very top-heavy. * Executives are taking their sweet time giving out salary increases. For anyone not in senior management, compensation is sub-par. * Some of the new executives are incompetent, pompous, egotistical, and over paid. * Not really a place to for career growth unless you are a senior manager of some sort. * Morale is at a all-time low. * Highly talented people leaving voluntarily and involuntarily.
