      Pros

      - Working on interesting products with millions of users. - Challenging work that involves AI and ML - Smart (mostly) colleagues. - "Real" remote working with an output focused attitude without paranoia. - Relatively flat hierarchy with technical people on topmost positions.

      Cons

      - Sometimes the work becomes repetitive (too much a/b testing) - Non-technical hires are not nearly good as technical ones. - Pay could be better given the difficulty of the job and the inflation rates in the country. - Development practices and workflows needs improvement.

      This is the worst company I have ever worked for. If you are a junior, it might still be an option because of the current tech job market. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. The technical roadmap and organizational structure are unclear and unprofessional. Most of the leaders have serious anger management and communication issues. They are among the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever worked with, and cannot even explain or understand simple technical tasks. The owner supports these managers and abusive leadership. There is no job security.
