Pros

You will love the people that you work with.

Cons

You will not find support from higher ups. Complaints will go unresolved and you'll be asked to handle a workload that is extremely stressful and overwhelming. You can ask for help, but be sure you understand that in asking for help you are essentially putting a target on your back. Best advise to stay in the good graces of everyone is to keep your head down, get some of your work done during your unpaid lunch and don't ever try to understand why they are asking you to do the things they are asking you to do.

Pros

You get a pay check and work in an AC building.

Cons

Micro managed, no support, if a client leaves it is all blamed on the HR Manager, which can effect raises. Told flexible hours but not. Must be in office 8-5 and available the rest of the time on your cell phone for clients. Must use personal cell phone for all work calls away from desk. No flexibility. Crappy insurance. Management complains when you leave for Dr visit or family emergency. No care for employees.
