Culture - Manager Lyons HR Employee Review

The company has a good culture where employees are treated well and respected.

Pay was a bit low for the hours worked.

You get a pay check and work in an AC building.

Micro managed, no support, if a client leaves it is all blamed on the HR Manager, which can effect raises. Told flexible hours but not. Must be in office 8-5 and available the rest of the time on your cell phone for clients. Must use personal cell phone for all work calls away from desk. No flexibility. Crappy insurance. Management complains when you leave for Dr visit or family emergency. No care for employees.
