Pros
The pay is excellent although you have to work long hours for it. If you are under 40 its a great place to start your career but don't stay over 5 years. Company is solid financially.
Cons
Older employees are not valued. Younger employees are brought in and senior operators are demoted back to entry level jobs to make room for them. Standards are very different from site to site and even from unit to unit within the same site. Creates an atmosphere of unequal treatment of employees. Excessive favoritism leading to unqualified people in leadership positions at 1st line level.
