Business outlook
Pros
Good pay and good coworkers. Relaxed atmosphere. My job is challenging and interesting. My direct supervisor is supportive and enjoyable to work for.
Cons
Upper management cares only for THEIR bottom line. As long as they are getting their raises, bonuses and incentives, the company is on track. And cutting in to everyone else's pay to do it suits them just fine. It is a "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" attitude.
