Corporate wants employees paid well. They don't mind spending money to get things right. Human resources is helpful when needed. Best benefits you could ask for.
Cons
Management is in it for themselves. Operators don't get much help when in need. Work is fast paced, hard manual labor. Very hot in summertime and cold in wintertime. Very messy work conditions.
