Management! The michro managing style is not going to work at this company. This company has lost a wealth of knowledgeable engineers due to the new management style. the overall experiancee engineers has dropped signifiantly for 25+ years to 2 to 3 years experiance. The PAD system generate a cut throat back stabbing atmosphere. Then you also have to take into consideration the personality issue with the Assoicate Directors giving mid-year and yearly reviews to there personnel. these reviews will reflect on your raise and bonus for you. Basicaly if they don't care for you your not getting squat. Oh yea, and upper management, CEO, also gave a directive that 10% of each Directors employees would not get a favorable rating no matter how well they performed, If you look back at the Lyondellbasells CEO's history, he did the same thing(s) to the Phillips organization. DICTATOR style, treating all employee's (good or bad) like they were pawns. There is no loyalty from these idiots. Oh yea one last thing, they do not promote engineers based on knowlege or experiance they promote on how much you suck up and take credit for other employees work. I know this for a fact
