      Pros

      Provides basic training needed to succeed. PTO available. Company Bonuses were easy to achieve. There were a few great managers. The residents make it a loving environment. The maintenance crew is the best when it comes to teamwork.

      Cons

      No respect or safety precautions for breastfeeding moms, moms are told to sit on the floor or pump in the restroom, unless you work at Corporate, HQ. Hearttless when it comes to family doctor appointments, very challenging experience getting those approved. I experienced some management using their roles inappropriately as well as hands(hugging, playing with my hair, looking over my shoulder closely and breathing), language, and attitude. Retaliation, nepotism, & Discrimination are what I experienced once I spoke up about things that were morally wrong. Maintenance crew gets used and abused. OSHA violations like crazy, and then you hear management making fun of them and talking about residents personal lives.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      Cons

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
