      Pros

      So many pros about Lyon living. I have been a part of a really LARGE property management company before and felt like just another number. Never knew anyone outside of my office but Lyon is different. You definitely feel appreciated here. I have learned so much in the past 3 years and all of my leaders have been nothing short of amazing!! Truly had no idea of what a good WORK culture was until Lyon. There is so much opportunities to grow within Lyon and they really do give you the opportunity to step up! I love it so much that I always recommend lyon to anyone on the market for a new job.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      Cons

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
