Nepotism. The upper management have created a culture of sycophants. You don't get anywhere unless they like you. You don't even need to have the relevant experience for the position, If they like you then you're moving up. Everyone knows this which is why the company has become a horrible place to work. They do sham interviews so they have an appearance of fairness but they already know who is going to get the promotion. The culture has deteriorated immensely. Also, sell sell sell! They build nice properties in horrible locations and then are shocked when they don't get the rents they want. But instead of realizing this they blame the on-site staff and fire or transfer them thinking this will help. (Hint)- it doesn't. So when that doesn't work they sell. They are selling everything. I wouldn't be surprised if the nice property they built in the most awful spot in Placentia will sell next. 1 last thing- The benefits are horrible. Don't work here. There are way better places to work.
