      They pay for your health insurance.

      Cons

      Phony, manipulative people at the lower levels and an unwillingness to take action at the higher levels to correct it. Need to clean house but are cleaning out the wrong people.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      Cons

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
