Pros
You'll make friends with people on the same level as you, normally you make these friendships discussing how badly you're being treated.
Cons
Where to start, if you've not been in the organisation for years, don't ever expect to get anywhere. They have their top exclusive circle of the same people who get noticed, win the awards etc. They've known each other from school so don't think you can even work your way into it. It's a sexist environment and the discussions they have in the office regarding women is degrading and offensive. There is zero career progression, there is no where to go and the fact they've lost a good half of their staff in the past year should tell you everything. Advertise their roles within Lynx as having extremely warm desks, they have these because they bullied the individuals who built those desks with hard work and time out the company. If you fancy joining an organisation that is managed by a load of grown children who can't control their behaviours in the office or on a night out then Lynx is absolutely the company for you.
