Much like what is sold you to in interviews, it’s all a dream. The office environment is just lads, over grown children who don’t care about anything but making money. Management are rude, sarcastic and don’t care. Will often disappear on holiday for two weeks and not care about what’s happening in the office so long as money goes in his pockets. Incentives are incredible... so long as your in the same group of consultants who go every time. Same 5 guys have been on the last 3/4 trips and it’s beginning to become a joke. A team leader/manager was so rude to one of the consultants she ate her lunch in the toilet. What type of work environment is that?! Safe to say she made the wise decision to leave. Also, don’t believe all the 5 star reviews, when being told to leave a review by your boss it isn’t going to be accurate. All probably too scared to be honest in cause they get booted out the door.
