Pros

Company culture is very good and new ideas are always heard. Pay was very decent as well.

Cons

Management will layoff people when times are tough, which is very unfortunate due to the quality of the work culture.

Pros

This company is leading the way in designing and manufacturing high tech displays for the retail industry. Lynx has some very talented people that strive to exceed Customers expectations. From working with fortune 500 brands, to travelling the globe, working at Lynx is exciting and fast paced. One point of difference is their ability to develop electronics solutions (at an amazingly fast rate) specifically tailored to meet the clients requirements. From mechanical design, electronics hardware and software, to final assembly, it’s all done in-house. It’s exciting to watch the process from development to deployment in a relatively short space of time.

Cons

Working at Lynx is very fast paced which does come with its challenges. If you are looking for a job to just cruise, then look somewhere else.

Pros

- Young company with several millenials. - Great opportunity for someone without much experience to take the bull by the horns. - Great exposure to big clients - Great exposure to the retail point of purchase industry - Great exposure to working with China manufacturing - Get to wear jeans and flip flops to work - Get to wear headphones while working

Cons

-Those in leadership lack any sort of influence on their teams. - Most leaders in the company are not agents of change but just grandfathered in from the prior company. - No training. Sink or swim. - No promotions from within. No raises. - No performance reviews. - No clear expectations communicated to the employee - Company does not value their employees or makes any attempt at proper training. - Lots of favoritism and politics. - Policies and procedures change daily and leaves employees confused.
