family run joke of a work place - Anonymous employee LynX Medical Management Employee Review

This place is a joke. It is a family run place with obvious discrimination and favoritism. Very unprofessional and not understanding of basic human needs such as needing to take a sick day to care for a sick child. Managers/people in charge are all family members or family friends, sometimes with no experience whatsoever in the area they are supervising. They are often very rude and unprofessional. Very high turnover of employees which says a lot about a place. Salary is average with promises of growth and incentive. Minimal incentive and definitely no growth if you are not family or a close friend. Lots of lies. Shady run operation. Stay away. Would not recommend this to anyone.
