      Pros

      Parts they run are easy to make.

      Cons

      They will make "train" at home off the clock. No lunch, only two 15 minute breaks. OCD and nepotism on a level I have never seen before.

      The employees were really good to work with and easy to get along.

      Cons

      they want to micromanage everything, only care about their bottom dollar.
