Pros
Tons of hours in the summer, I like to take a break in the winter and take layoff. I make great money and love the guys I work with. The benefits are the best out there. Very affordable. No longer have pension but the profit sharing and 401k match instead.
Cons
Almost too many hours in the summer. Schedules change depending on weather and contractors and you don't know what time you get off work or what time you start the next day until late in the afternoon.
