      Pros

      Pay is decent insurance is decent time off is tough to get sometimes some mangers are great other lack. Great starter company

      Cons

      Winters are slow never know if you will get off work at night and won’t know about Saturday until the day before hard to have a family/life. If it’s snowing and blowing in the morning during the winter they still want you to come in and plow the plants and sit around and then possibly leave. Also safety is a joke half the time.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits! Love our teams and there is a renewed focus on safety and employee satisfaction in recent years. Also have a CDL driver training program to get your class B while getting paid!

      Cons

      Can be long hours in the summer and shorter in the winter. They are trying to rotate Saturdays and accommodate more work/life balance when possible. It is generally hard in the construction industry.
